Li Yaohua, male, Han nationality, xiaoganren, Hubei Province, was born in January 1963 with a university degree from the Central Party school and a master's degree in management. He started work in July 1981 and joined the Communist Party of China in August 1985. At present, he is a member of the Party group and deputy director of Hubei Provincial Department of culture.

He once served as deputy director and office director of the Organization Department of Xiaogan Prefecture Committee of the Communist Youth League, vice mayor of Guangshui City, member of the Standing Committee of Guangshui municipal Party committee and Secretary of the Party committee of Guangshui office, Secretary of the Party group and director of Suizhou Water Conservancy Bureau, Deputy Secretary, acting mayor and mayor of Guangshui municipal Party committee, Secretary of Guangshui municipal Party committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress. In August 2010, he served as deputy director of Hubei Provincial Department of culture and member of the Party group.
