Production steps:
Step 1: wash scallops, steam and set aside.
Step 2: wash ginger and scallion, slice ginger and cut scallion into sections.
Step 3: rinse the white radish, scrape off the skin, and cut it into 12 uniform balls with a knife.
Step 4: put the turnip ball into the boiling water pot, scald it slightly, and take it in the cold water to cool.
