Wang Haiyang, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1955. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1984 and began to work in April 1972. He has a master's degree in economics and graduated from the graduate class of national economic management of Jilin University.

At 15:20 pm on December 15, 2016, Wang Haiyang, former director of the Forestry Department of Hebei Province, died of a heart attack in Sanya City, Hainan Province; the memorial service is scheduled to be held at 9 am on December 17 in Hainan Branch of the General Hospital of the Chinese people's Liberation Army in Sanya, Hainan Province.
