The inscription on the cliff of Sanhe palace in Bijia mountain was carved in the 18th year of Jiaqing Dynasty. It was written by Wang Delu, the governor of Fujian Navy. It records Wang Delu's repairing warships, raising money to build Sanhe palace, and leading his division to Taiwan to encircle Cai Qian's uprising army.
