Located in Shangqiu City, Henan Province, Tianmu Lake is formed by the old course of the Yellow River.

The water area of Tianmu Lake is more than 10000 mu, with an average depth of 2 meters. The lake is rippling with clear water, shallow fish and lush reeds. It has become a unique "water town of northern China", moistening the surrounding ten thousand mu of fertile land.
