Production steps:
Step 1: open the Pleurotus ostreatus, soak it in light salt water for 20 minutes, and then wash it one by one.
Step 2: cut the green pepper and red pepper into small sections, and cut the onion and ginger powder for use.
Step 3: pour water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, put in the mushroom slices, cook until the white powder comes out of the pot, continue to cook for 2 minutes, remove, rinse with cold water and drain.
