Step 1: a kilo of clams.

Step 2: after brushing with a toothbrush, soak it in light saline for a while.

Step 3: bring water to a boil, add a few pieces of ginger, and then add clams. Remove the foam.

Step 4: after the clam opens its mouth, cook it for about one minute, add a little salt, take out the clam, put it in the soup basin, and sprinkle with chives.

Step 5: pour the soup into the basin. Note that there is fine sand at the bottom of the pot.
