Production steps:
Step 1: prepare chicken gizzards and intestines.
Step 2: clean the chicken gizzards and intestines, then slice the chicken gizzards and cut the intestines into sections. (Chicken Intestines are easy to clean by rubbing repeatedly with salt)
Step 3: wash the ginger and cut the green pepper into pieces. Wash and chop garlic. Wash pepper and set aside.
