Introduction:

"Moldy dried vegetables are always used to make barbecued meat at home, but it's good to match with other meats."

Production steps:

Step 1: a little moldy dried vegetables

Step 2: soak the moldy dried vegetables in water for 30 minutes

Step 3: shred half of the ham sausage

Step 4: heat up the oil, stir fry the shredded ham and add some salt

Step 5: add the mouldy dried vegetables which are soaked and wrung dry, stir fry and add appropriate amount of water. Add a little sugar before boiling.

Dried moldy vegetables: 50g

Ham: 200g

Oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Note: moldy dried vegetables with a little sour, add the right amount of sugar taste will be better
