Production steps:
Step 1: heat the container and stirring chopsticks in boiling water. If the container is dry, you can use it or rinse it with boiling water.
Step 2: milk can be added directly after the container is heated.
Step 3: add half bag of mushroom powder.
Step 4: stir well. Good milk stirred up foam faster.
Step 5: close the lid and put it into the yoghurt machine.
Step 6: timing 9h.
Step 7: the yoghurt just made is in the shape of bean curd. The taste will be thicker after refrigerated for 8 hours. It's suitable to eat hot yoghurt just out of the pot in winter~
Materials required:
Pure milk: 600ml
Bifidobacterium: 0.5g
Note: pure milk is very good, different brands have differences, you can try to choose the best. It's normal for fermented yoghurt to have a little sour taste. You can add some honey. If it is too sour, it means that the fermentation time is too long. If you use yogurt as a starter, the fermentation time should be shorter.
