Introduction:

"Tofu is a green and healthy food invented by Huainan King Liu An, a Chinese alchemist. It has a history of more than 2100 years. Production steps:

Step 1: 1 piece of tofu, blanch it with boiling water, control the moisture.

Step 2: cut shredded mustard into foam and set aside.

Step 3: cut the scallion into foam and set aside.

Step 4: foam the eggs and set them aside.

Step 5: pour the green onion foam, pickled mustard foam and Songhua egg foam on the tofu, add the seasoning, pepper oil, salt, chicken essence and sesame oil, and mix them.

Songhua egg: 2

Shredded mustard: right amount

Onion powder: appropriate amount

Chili oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Note: salt to put less, because mustard is salty.
