Production steps:
Step 1: the dried bamboo shoots should be treated for a long time. Generally, the dried bamboo shoots should be soaked in hot water for one night. After soaking, the dried bamboo shoots should be drained as much as possible.
Step 2: cut garlic seedling into sections, slice ginger, wash duck and drain
Step 3: in a hot pan, add peanut oil and stir fry ginger slices to remove fishiness
Step 4: add the duck, change color, add soy sauce and oil to stew the duck. Remember not to put too much oil, because the duck itself is very greasy, you can add some water.
Step 5: put the garlic sprouts into the pot for about 15 minutes
Step 6: put the duck aside after stewing, leave some juice in the pot, put in the soaked dried bamboo shoots, cover and simmer for five minutes
Step 7: after that, put the cooked duck in, pour the cornmeal, soy sauce, oil and water, and simmer for seven or eight minutes.
Step 8: stir fry twice before serving
