Production steps:

Step 2: Boil porridge: add cold water to the pot, add (high) heat, and add soybeans at the same time; when the water in the pot is warm (about to boil), add millet and cook it over low heat;
Step 3: cook noodles: when the soybeans are cooked, change the high heat, put the rolled noodles into the pot and stir them quickly, cover the pot, and turn the heat on and off.
Step 4: Seasoning: add oil and heat to the frying spoon, add pepper, onion, ginger and garlic in two times, add salt, turn off the heat when the oil temperature reaches 90%, and quickly fry all the seasonings made in the frying spoon into the pot; add a few drops of vinegar and stir evenly.
