Production steps:

Step 1: mix all the ingredients except butter, knead until the dough becomes gluten, then add butter and knead until complete. Ferment in a warm place to 2-2.5 times the size

Step 2: flatten and exhaust, divide the dough into 3 equal parts, and relax for 20 minutes after rounding

Step 3: take out a dough and roll it into an oval shape

Step 4: turn over, roll up the dough and wake up for 10 minutes

Step 5: lengthen it again to discharge bubbles

Step 6: turn over and roll up from top to bottom

Step 7: put it into the toast mold for secondary fermentation

Step 8: second fermentation to 8 ~ 9 minutes full, brush the egg liquid

Step 9: preheat the oven, lower it at 185 ℃ for 35 minutes, cover it with tin foil in time after coloring, and take it out immediately after baking

Note: bread contains honey, coloring faster, need to be covered with tin foil in time.
