Production steps:

Step 1: Chop pork into meat foam, cut eggplant into hob pieces, soak in salt water.

Step 2: pour 1 / 3 of the oil into the oil pan, heat it 70%, then pour in the eggplant, fry it until soft, remove and drain the oil
