Production steps:

Step 1: prepare raw materials;

Step 2: cut cucumber into shreds;

Step 3: shred carrot, bring to a boil, add shredded carrot and blanch for 2 minutes, drain and put into plate;

Note: (1) no pepper can keep the finished product crisp and sweet. (2) Water boiled with burdock can also be used as tea.
