Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: change the spareribs into small pieces, rinse with water, drain the water, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, appropriate amount of five spice powder, onion, ginger, mix well and marinate for 3 hours

Step 2: after marinating for about 3 hours, powder the spareribs (I like to use raw powder), and mix them with chopsticks.

Step 3: heat the oil to 180 ℃, pour in the spareribs and fry well

Step 4: after about 10 minutes, the surface of the spareribs is dark yellow. Take out the spareribs and it is the finished product.

Materials required:

Ribs: 600g

Cooking wine: moderate

Scallion: right amount

Five spice powder: appropriate amount

Sugar: right amount

Soy sauce: right amount

Note: fried spareribs are crisp outside and tender inside, not hard but not soft, sweet and salty. yummy!
