Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing.
Step 2: grind the tofu milk, stir it with the rotten milk, add the raw soy sauce and the old soy sauce wine, and mix them together to form the sauce.
Step 3: blanch the pig's hoof, remove it and rinse it with cold water.
Step 4: heat the oil in the pan, stir fry the pig's feet to remove the moisture, slightly yellowing, and pour out all the excess oil.
Step 5: add scallion, ginger, star anise, stir fry out fragrance.
Step 6: stir fry the mixed juice evenly.
Step 7: add water to submerge the pig's hoof, add rock sugar and bring to a boil.
Step 8: turn the casserole and smolder for one hour until soft and rotten.
Step 9: collect the juice on high fire and take it out of the pot.

Note: Sufu is very salty, so use salt carefully. You'd better try it. I didn't put salt, because I put a lot of sufu.
