Production steps:

Step 2: mash the walnuts.

Step 5: add 25g egg liquid in batches and mix well.

Step 6: stir until smooth and thick.

Step 7: add the oatmeal and mix well.

Step 8: add chopped walnuts and mix them, turn them into granules without dry powder.

Step 9: put on disposable gloves and gently pinch the powder into dough.

Step 10: take about 9 grams of dough, gently knead it into a ball in the palm, put it into the baking tray, arrange it at intervals, and finish all in turn. Preheat oven: 130 ℃ for 12 minutes, turn off the heat when baking for 6 minutes, keep the heat on until the end of time. Turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.
