Homemade Hawthorn roll
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: clean Hawthorn
Step 2: remove the core and pedicle and put them in the pot
Step 3: add enough water to the pot
Step 4: cover, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat
Step 5: cook for about 10 minutes until soft and rotten
Step 6: put it into the mixing cup of the cooking machine and beat it into paste (add a small amount of water during this period)
Step 7: pour the Hawthorn paste back into the boiler (the Hawthorn paste is very delicate at this time)

Step 10: pour the rock sugar water into the Hawthorn paste and boil it over low heat
Step 11: when the Hawthorn paste becomes thicker, it is hawthorn sauce, then turn off the fire.
Step 12: after air cooling, put a proper amount of Hawthorn sauce into the baking pan, smooth the surface with scraper, and put it in a ventilated place to dry naturally (about 2-3 days to dry)
Step 13: put Hawthorn sauce in another baking pan, smooth it, and let it dry in a well ventilated place (about 2-3 days)
Step 14: store the rest in a sealed box in a refrigerator and take it as you like
Step 15: it's only 2 days
Step 16: roll up
Step 17: cut into sections and serve
