Taro omelet
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: taro, peel and cut into pieces, seal with fresh-keeping bag, microwave for 5 minutes, cool slightly, add sugar and press into mud.

Note: taro peeled, if not immediately to use, must be soaked in water. The best way to peel is in flowing water or wear gloves, because taro mucus can cause skin allergy.
