Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: egg liquid, green onion powder, red pepper powder, ginger powder.

Step 2: sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, starch, water into juice.

Step 3: cut tofu into pieces.

Step 4: wrap in the egg.

Step 5: put oil in the pan and fry tofu with medium and small heat until golden on both sides.

Note: like to eat spicy put bean paste and pickled pepper
