Sushi (novice version)

Sushi (novice version)

Introduction:

"For the first time, the sushi made from leftover rice was hand rolled without bamboo curtain. It's simple and convenient! It's delicious

Production steps:

Step 1: all raw materials are shown in the figure.

Step 2: break up the eggs and cut the cucumber, carrot and ham into strips.

Step 3: blanch the carrots in boiling water.

Step 4: heat the pancake, pour in a little cooking oil, pour the egg liquid into the pan and fry it into egg cake.

Step 5: cut the omelet into strips.

Step 6: start rolling sushi. First spread the rice on the seaweed. Then spread ham, eggs, carrots and cucumbers on the rice. (I don't like to add sushi vinegar to rice, so I roll it directly.)

Step 7: after rolling the seaweed, apply a little vinegar or water on the seal, which is not easy to spread, and then cut it.

Step 8: pack and eat.

Note: because it's hand rolled, it's not very tight, so I used two pieces of seaweed, so the rolled sushi won't come loose.
