Production steps:

Step 1: add starch to pork slices for sizing.

Step 2: soak Auricularia auricula in advance.

Step 3: cut tofu into small pieces.

Step 4: shred carrot and blanch it.

Step 5: tear the mushrooms into strips and blanch.

Step 6: put oil into frying pan, add tofu and fry until golden.
