Fried radish balls

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the radish, rub it into silk with an eraser, and marinate it with appropriate amount of salt for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: remove the water by hand, and beat in 2 eggs.
Step 3: put the right amount of salt, add the right amount of flour and pepper noodles, mix well.
Step 4: put proper amount of oil in the pot and heat it to 50%. Squeeze out the balls with your hands (squeeze them out of the mouth of the tiger) and put them into the oil.
Step 5: deep fry until golden, then remove.

Oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Chinese prickly ash noodles: right amount
Note: 1. After the oil is hot, turn down the fire. 2. The meatballs are smaller, so they are cooked faster and delicious. I make them bigger. 3. It's best to use mung bean noodles. Unfortunately, we don't have any at home. We need to adjust the amount of flour properly. It's not delicious if we have too much flour~~
