Step 5: add another 20 grams of egg liquid into the oil paste and mix well.
Step 6: until the mixture is thick and uniform.
Step 7: add the oat flour and mix well.
Step 8: turn evenly and cut into wet dough without dry powder.
Step 9: take about 9 grams of dough, gently knead it into a small ball, and smear it with peanuts.
Step 10: put the prepared peanut balls into the baking pan, and after finishing all in turn, preheat the oven at 130 ℃ for 12 minutes. When baking for 6 minutes, turn off the heat, leave the heat on and bake until the rest of the time is over, then simmer until it cools naturally.
Materials required:
Instant oatmeal: 100g
Corn starch: 30g
Corn oil: 45g
Cooked peanuts: 30g
Whole egg liquid: 20g
Powdered sugar: 40g
Baking soda: 1g
Note: the actual time I use to make peanut balls is about two hours. The main reason is that it's a little slow to stick the broken peanuts, because I use corn oil instead of butter, so this step takes a lot of time. The egg liquid was 20g. Later, it was made again. The egg liquid was increased by 4G, which made it more crisp. In addition, the temperature of my oven is on the high side. Please adjust it according to the temperature of your oven
