Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all kinds of raw materials for use.
Step 2: beat the carrots into mud with the cooking machine.
Step 3: mix the glutinous rice flour with purple potato powder, Matcha powder, cocoa powder and corn powder respectively, add appropriate amount of water and knead evenly to form a four-color dough with moderate hardness. Take right amount of carrot paste, add glutinous rice flour, mix well and knead into carrot dough. Prepare red bean paste stuffing for use.
Step 4: knead the five color dough into long strips and overlap them.
Step 5: press gently and twist into a twist.
Step 6: divide the five color noodles into small dough of about 15g.
Step 7: press the right amount of red bean paste into the center of the stuffing.
Step 8: gently push the dough upward until the filling is completely covered.
Step 9: gently knead it round with your hand.

Note: the unused five color dough can be made into five color soups, packed in fresh-keeping bags and refrigerated. You can take it as you like. It's very convenient. It's also a good dessert to add wine or seasonal fruit grains when cooking.
