Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: pour 80g milk into the bowl

Step 2: pour in 30g olive oil

Step 3: pour in the egg mixture

Step 4: mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and dried cranberry

Step 5: mix 4 and pour into 3

Step 6: stir until all the dry materials are wet

Step 7: immediately pour into the mold, half to two-thirds of the height.

Step 8: put in the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up and down, 200 degrees, about 15 minutes.

Materials required:

Low gluten flour: 100g

Fine granulated sugar: 30g

Baking powder: 6g

Salt: 1.5g

Egg: 20g

Milk: 80g

Olive oil: 30g

Dried Cranberry: 50g

Note: in step 6, turn and mix wet, the batter looks rough, and don't continue to mix, so as to avoid the gluten of flour leading to rough tissue
