Production steps:
Step 1: prepare egg curd and carrot.
Step 2: prepare shrimps (processed shrimps, gutted and shelled).
Step 3: slice Yuzi tofu, shred carrot, marinate shrimp with salt and pepper.
Step 4: heat up the frying pan with a little oil, then add shredded carrots and fry them with salt. Then put it in the prepared tray.
