Spring in the air - Cocktail shrimp
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: thaw the shrimp, marinate with corn oil and cornmeal for 10 minutes.

Lemon: half

Western chili sauce: 1 tsp
Corn oil: 1 tsp
Raw meal: 1 tsp
Note: 1. Shrimp can buy cooked shrimp, but no matter what kind of shrimp, we should absorb water. 2. Avocado is easy to oxidize and turn black after peeled. Mix in lemon juice to keep the original color. 3. Western style chili sauce (Tabasco) has a unique flavor, which is one of the common seasonings in Western food. If it doesn't have the spicy flavor, it can't be replaced by Chinese style chili sauce.
