Production steps:

Step 1: cut the butter and cheese into small pieces and put them into a large bowl without oil and water.

Step 2: heat to melt the butter and cheese.

Step 3: add soft sugar.

Step 4: mix well.

Step 5: add honey.

Step 6: mix well.

Step 7: add 1 egg and beat well.

Step 8: sift in flour.

Step 9: knead the dough into a smooth dough, put it into a fresh-keeping bag, and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 10: after refrigeration, take out the dough and put it into the preservative film.

Step 11: roll the dough into 2-3cm thick thin pieces with a rolling pin in the preservative film, and press the shape with a mold.

Step 12: bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 10 minutes.

Egg: 1

Ordinary flour: 80g

Soft sugar: 30g

Butter: 80g

Cheese: 40g

Honey: small amount

Note: mold does not necessarily have to use biscuit mold, some small items in life can also be used. When I make this biscuit, I use the beverage bottle cap, the effect is also good!
