Production steps:

Step 10: use the moon cake mold to press the fried mung bean cake powder into shape. I press 35g one to press the cake powder into the moon cake mold and then press it out.

Dried mung bean: 500g

Appropriate amount: Xylitol

Salad oil: right amount

Note: I bought a lovely package, will be a cake package, sister-in-law can take one or two out each time. But it's really hard to keep it. It's only 4-5 days to refrigerate it, so it's recommended to keep it for a long time. Take it out and steam it when you want to eat it.
