Braised bamboo shoot with spareribs sauce

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: soak the dried bamboo shoots in hot water half a day in advance.

Step 2: prepare garlic, ginger, onion and pepper. Garlic doesn't need to be chopped, so garlic can be eaten in a big mouthful, very fragrant!

Step 3: cut off the pepper and prepare.

Step 4: blanch the cut ribs with water. Bring to a boil for a while.

Step 9: after that, add the remaining soup. Stew over high heat.

Step 10: after stewing in the previous step, pour into a small steel pot and simmer over low heat until the water is dry. Add chicken essence before boiling. That's it!

Pork ribs: 600g

Dried bamboo shoot clothing: 100g

Garlic: 1

Green onion: one

Number of ginger slices

Dried peppers: 5-6

Soy sauce: right amount

Yellow rice wine: a spoonful

Chinese prickly ash: 10

Chicken essence: 5g

Salt: right amount

Raw soy sauce: half spoon

Note: the raw material of this dish is dried bamboo shoots, which is not available in some areas. It can also be changed to other dried vegetables, such as daylily, Agrocybe aegerita, etc.
