Production steps:
Step 1: wash pork, mushroom, carrot and scallion and cut into shreds.
Step 2: soak the rice noodles in water for 5-10 minutes in advance and drain them for use. I used 1 Jin rice noodles, which can be boiled up to about 8 bowls.
Step 3: fry the pork with oil, and then add oysters, mushrooms, carrots and scallions.
When the carrots become soft, you can add rice flour and stir fry them quickly.
About 10 minutes under the celery, salt and MSG seasoning can be out of the pot.

Note: if you like dark color, you can add proper amount of soy sauce to mix color. Be careful not to be too salty
