Production steps:
Step 1: thaw and wash the frozen tofu.
Step 2: wash and cut the cabbage.
Step 3: cut the fibrous roots of Flammulina velutipes and wash them.
Step 4: wash scallops and soak in cold water until soft.
Step 5: add a little oil in the pan and stir fry the frozen tofu.
Step 6: stir fry cabbage until soft.
Step 7: season with salt, black pepper and cooking wine.
Step 8: add water, Flammulina velutipes and scallops (together with the water for soaking scallops) and simmer for about half an hour.
Step 9: turn off the fire and eat!

Chinese cabbage: 4-5 sheets
Frozen tofu: one piece
Scallops: 10
Flammulina velutipes: right amount
Salt: right amount
Black pepper: right amount
Cooking wine: moderate
Note: because the soup with scallops is poured in, don't add more salt. You can taste it. If you think it's light, add more salt. Don't add a lot at a time to avoid being too salty.
