Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the prawns and marinate them for 15 minutes.

Garlic: two pieces

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Sugar: 2 teaspoons

Rice wine: moderate

Cooking oil: right amount

Note: when selecting shrimp, which one swims fast will be fresh, and the fried shrimp should be rolled up to be fresh. Because the sugar will be a little sticky in the pot, so stir fry quickly. If you have Martell at home, it will be more fragrant to use it instead of rice wine
