Step 1: prepare the flour and eggs.

Step 9: fold the dough in half gently and continue to sprinkle a little flour evenly on the surface.
Step 10: fold in half again.
Step 11: cut into uniform strips.

Note: 1: the size of the egg is different, so don't put the flour at one time. If you feel it's not enough, you can add more. 2: Knead the dough and let it stand for half an hour to make the noodles more elastic. 3: If the cutting board is large enough, it can be rolled out at one time. Because the chopping board was too small, I had to do it twice. 4: When folding in half, just fold gently, never press. 5: After the noodles are cut, sprinkle a little dry flour and shake it gently with your hand to separate naturally. 6: When rolling noodles, the dough should be hard, so that the noodles are beautiful and elastic.
