Step 1: chop the spareribs into about 1 inch pieces, put them into boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7: when cooking spareribs, mix 1 tbsp cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and 100g water to make sweet and sour sauce.
Step 8: cook the spareribs for about 40 minutes, pour in the sweet and sour juice, bring to a boil, and then continue to simmer. If there is a casserole, the ribs into casserole stew, the effect is better.
Step 9: do not need to heat up the juice, simmer until the soup is thick.
