A simple version of Korean kimchi for everyone
Introduction:
"Kimchi is a kind of kimchi that Korean people like to eat very much. It's very simple, sour, sweet and refreshing. Especially in hot summer, a bowl of iced kimchi is a great enjoyment. When you go out to eat barbecue, you often give some refreshing kimchi to relieve the greasiness? (of course, people's pickles must have more water than radishes.). The ingredients of this pickle I made are very simple. I used big radish. In fact, when Korean families made it by themselves, they would add some cucumbers and carrots. But after I ate it, I thought only radish was the best food. So I had this simple version of pickle. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the radish surface, remove the radish tassel.
Step 2: peel the radish and remove the head and tail.
Step 3: cut the radish into thin slices, which is easy to taste. You can also cut the radish into pieces the size of nail plate.
Step 4: put the sliced radish into a larger container (the basin in my photo is small, and the one in the back is large).
Step 5: put radish slices in a large basin and add appropriate amount of water. (if you like to drink pickle soup, you can put more. I put about half a basin because I didn't have a container to put it after I finished it.).
Step 6: add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and vinegar for seasoning. The taste is sour and sweet, just like the sweet and sour taste of home. It's lighter than that. After adjusting the flavor, put it under room temperature for 24 hours, and then put it into the refrigerator for storage.
Step 7: store radish and sweet and sour soup together. When you drink, you can put a little chili powder, especially the thin and foamy one, so that the pickle soup will be colored~
Step 8: take the pickle out of the refrigerator and drink it again. It's sour, sweet, cool and delicious. The radish is crisp and refreshing. The spicy and strange taste of radish can't be eaten at all~
