Production steps:

Step 1: prepare raw materials, change condensed milk and water into 60 grams of cream or milk, the difference is the rich degree of milk aroma

Step 2: mix the low flour, coconut, milk powder and soft sugar evenly

Step 3: mix the condensed milk with water and add it to the powder mixture

Step 4: add the protein solution, mix well with a scraper, moisten all the flour, and hold it into a ball

Step 5: take a small amount of dough and knead it into a ball about 2 cm in diameter, then evenly coat it with coconut. I use the Changdi 25B oven, this amount is just one baking plate, 25 coconut balls

Step 6: preheat the oven at 170 degrees, bake the middle and upper layers for about 20 minutes, and color the surface.

Note: baking time and temperature need to be adjusted according to their own oven. I've done it once before. I put it in the middle and lower layers, and the bottom color is very dark.
