Production steps:
Step 1: buy fresh pork
Step 2: blanch the vermicelli in boiling water, soak for a while, subcool and cut it short.
Step 3: seasoning ready
Step 4: heat the oil in a hot pan, add chili, scallion, ginger and minced garlic, and saute until fragrant.
Step 5: add minced meat and fry until discolored.
