Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: pour brown sugar into blood glutinous rice water, stir and dissolve

Step 2: pour brown sugar water into glutinous rice flour

Step 3: knead into a smooth dough

Step 4: then a little bit into a strip, cut into small dosage

Step 5: add proper amount of water to the small pot

Step 6: after boiling, put in the small round and cook until it floats

Step 7: add a little osmanthus to the bowl

Materials required:

Glutinous rice flour: 200g

Blood glutinous rice water: 230ml

Osmanthus fragrans: moderate

Brown sugar: right amount

Note: I didn't rub the small round into a circle, I don't think it's different.
