Fried chicken porridge with asparagus
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: select the right amount of fresh shrimp and remove the shrimp thread for standby
Step 2: wash and drain the corn kernels
Step 3: bring the water to a boil, add in the rice, and put in the washed corn kernels to boil
Step 4: wash the asparagus and cut off the old roots, dice the part of the pole, and leave the part of the flower on the top of the head (if it's tender, don't cut off the old roots and eat it all)
Step 5: wash the chicken breast. I like to slice it into small pieces with a knife. The shape doesn't have to be regular. Cut into any shape you like.
Step 6: break the mushroom into small pieces and wash them. Marinate the sliced chicken with appropriate amount of salt and starch for a while.
Step 7: cook until the rice is in blossom, the porridge becomes thick, add the mushroom and mix well, then cook for a while
Step 8: I like to add the mushrooms to the chicken, and then I can stir them into the meat quickly
Step 9: add a spoonful of salt and chicken oil
Step 10: add asparagus and shrimp
Step 11: cook until the shrimps are cooked.

Chicken oil: right amount
Note: it is suggested to put olive oil or chicken oil instead of sesame oil. The flavor of sesame oil is not so fresh
