Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the lean meat and cut it into shreds. Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.
Step 2: cut Zizania latifolia into strips after removing impurities.
Step 3: blanch the cut water bamboo in boiling water for one minute to remove part of oxalic acid.
