Sauteed shrimps with two sides of yellow sauce
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: put the right amount of white pepper on the shrimp, put the wine, and marinate with the right amount of salt for a while. (the shrimp I bought is slightly cooked in the mud line, which does not affect the use)
Step 2: prepare onion, ginger and pepper (optional), cut onion into whole sections.
Step 3: put a small amount of oil into the pan.
Step 4: cook the noodles for 8-9 minutes in advance, then take out the cold water, dry them and spread them in the pot. Slow fry them over low heat for about 7-10 minutes, depending on the firepower of your home. During this period, evenly put an appropriate amount of oil around the noodles, and put them 2-4 times on one side. One side is fried and the other side is changed. In the process of frying, the fire should not be too big, pay attention to the use of oil, too little oil is easy to paste.
Step 5: after the noodles are fried, you can prepare another pot, add green onion, ginger and pepper, stir fry with green beans and corn, and then add shrimps (if your shrimps are raw, just add them before the corn and green beans).
Step 6: add proper amount of water, salt, chicken essence and white pepper, boil and thicken. The sauce should be thick so that it can be wrapped on the noodles.
Step 7: after the noodles are fried out of the pot, use chopsticks to slightly fluffy the noodles, and then pour the sauce on them. In addition, I sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds.
Materials required:
Shrimp: right amount
Green beans: moderate
Corn: moderate
Wolfberry: moderate
Noodles: right amount
Spicy millet: 2
Scallion: 2
Ginger: 2-3 tablets
Cooked sesame: right amount
Starch: appropriate amount
Salt: right amount
White pepper: 2-3 TSP
Chicken powder: 1 tsp
Note: 1. When frying, don't use too much firepower, otherwise it's easy to paste. 2. Don't give enough oil at one time. It will be more effective if you give it several times. When adding each time, pour it along the edge of the pot. Then shake the pan horizontally before and after heating the noodles evenly
