Production steps:
Step 1: first cut off the fingernails of chicken feet

Step 6: add soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and chicken essence to taste
Step 7: put the soaked chicken feet into the mixture
Step 8: put the chicken feet into a bowl and press them in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
