Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients: 30g egg yolk (two small ones), 1g5 vanilla pods, 50g sugar, 20ml water, 2 drops vanilla essence, 180ml light cream;

Step 2: cut the vanilla pods longitudinally, scrape off the vanilla pods with a knife, and add the vanilla pods to the egg yolk;

Step 3: add the granulated sugar and beat it with the egg beater until all the granulated sugar is melted into the egg yolk, boil and heat the water in the egg yolk;

Step 4: put 3 pots into boiling water, add 20ml of water, heat for 7-8 minutes, and beat until it is thick;

Step 5: add the vanilla in a bowl of ice;

Step 6: whisk the cream to six minutes and distribute it for later use;

Step 7: add the light cream into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly;

Step 8: pour it into the container, shake it a few times, take out the air, then cover it with plastic film, put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, cut it into small pieces before eating, and put it into the container.

Note: 1. I've sent the yolk in steps 3 and 4 a little; 2. Light cream can be directly added into the yolk paste, I like to play a little to see what I like; 3.
