Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials.

Step 2: pour 5g fish glue powder into orange juice, blueberry juice and yoghurt respectively, and add 10g sugar to blueberry juice.

Step 3: Boil the orange juice over low heat and cool for five minutes.

Step 4: pour into the mold and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 5: Boil yoghurt over low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 6: pour into the mold and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 7: Boil the blueberry juice over low heat, cool for 10 minutes, and pour into the mold.

Step 8: refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 9: in the same way, change the color of the juice layer.

Materials required:

Fish glue powder: 15g

Orange juice: 100g

Yoghurt: 100g

Blueberry juice: 100g

White granulated sugar: 10g

Note: when the prepared liquid is poured into the mold, the previous layer must be solidified. If not, extend the refrigeration time; when demoulding, apply a hot towel around the mold to demould easily.
