Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: Boil the kale in boiling water with salt and oil, remove and put on a plate

Step 2: slice ginger and garlic

Step 3: heat the pan, add ginger and garlic slices

Step 4: after smelling the aroma of ginger and garlic, turn off the heat, pour in proper amount of steamed fish drum oil, and finally pour it on the previous vegetables

Salt: right amount

Oil: right amount

Note: Hot vegetables add oil and salt is to avoid vegetables turn yellow, so be sure to add this dish, do not need additional salt, steamed fish drum oil taste good.
