Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: clean quail eggs

Step 2: add proper amount of water into the pot (just after all quail eggs are gone)

Step 3: put ginger slices, star anise, Chinese prickly ash, sugar, salt and soy sauce into the pot

Step 4: put the cleaned quail eggs into the pot

Step 5: cook over high heat, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes

Step 6: turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Step 7: scoop out after five minutes

Materials required:

Quail eggs: moderate

Ginger slices: right amount

Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Star anise: right amount

White granulated sugar: right amount

Salt: right amount

Old style: moderate

Note: if you like to eat the original flavor, you can eat those without broken shell. If you like to eat the fragrance, you can choose the broken shell. There are two flavors in one way
